"As a kid, I never really took great care of my teeth, something I really wish I could go back and change. As an adult, I'm paying for it with cracked teeth from large, unsightly amalgam fillings (not from Fairlington Dental). Dr. Rogers and Dr. Im created a whole dental plan to get my teeth healthy.
I started with one crown which required a precise fit. The first permanent crown that was made fit, but not perfectly and the color did not match exactly. It was pretty close but it did not meet Dr. Im's high standards. They ordered a new one that matched perfectly and fitted it precisely so looks and feels so natural.
Now Fairlington Dental may or may not have lost money on re-ordering an additional crown but the fact that they took the time and effort to get a perfect match rather than settle on a close match really speaks to the level of service and care they provide. You also know a good dentist office by how up-to-date the procedures and equipment they use are and they seem on top of that. In terms of dental care and overall customer service, Fairlington Dental is really on another level. "
